Croatia EBLM Course
How To Make Evidence Based Decisions about Diagnostic Tests “Evidence in Action!”
Supetar, Brač, Croatia October 7-11, 2009
This evidence-based laboratory medicine (EBLM) event aims to benefit practicing laboratorians at all levels of training, individuals and decision makers in the laboratory diagnostics industry, policy makers, individuals involved in reimbursement and clinicians interested in laboratory medicine. The overall orientation of this conference is how to translate the theory, knowledge and processes involved in EBLM into decisions and therefore into action. The program was developed by the experienced EBLM group and includes a combination of lectures, small group working sessions and feedback activities to best meet this aim. This format of course is designed to be a “lean forward” rather than “lean back” educational activity. The final goal of this educational session is to provide attendees with skills, knowledge and abilities to go back to their respective organizations and use EBLM in their every day practice and activities.

Our pages have been transferred to a new hosting provider
As users and visitors of our site, you should have probably been noticed that we have had some problems in maintaining our site in the latest months. Our site of 4. Croatian Congress of Medical Biochemists was not updated for a long time, and we also were not reachable for 2 weeks (some 2 months ago). All those problems were taking place because of our old hosting partner was not always answering our demands about updating Congress site, and certainly did not maintained the site as we had an agreement.
But
now we have transferred the whole site to a new hosting provider who should
be much more reliable. So the new, completely redesigned site is here
- and site content is from now on - all in our hands. We hope that the
new site will serve well for all of our and your needs.
We also invite you to join us on Congress in Zadar in September this autumn.
